Last week we touched on a few helpful tips for surviving the holiday season and staying in balance.
This week, I want to give you more in depth information on ways to stay totally healthy through the entire holiday season--not only just physically, but energetically as well.
☃ Remember to get your veggies! No time for making a salad? It only takes a minute to toss some raw veggies into a blender or high powered mixer, and create a healthy green smoothie. There are tons of recipes and ideas online for green smoothies. This will help counteract the holiday sweets and also help keep your body alkaline. An acidic body is a breeding ground for disease---particularly cancer, and it cannot survive in an alkaline environment. Processed foods, red meat, and refined sugar are the biggest culprit for too much acidity in the body.
☃ Pretty much everyone needs to take a healthy, raw vitamin/mineral supplement daily. Our food supply comes from soil depleted in minerals and abundant with toxic chemicals. Taking a pure multi-vitamin & mineral complex daily can help keep your body in balance, help you lose weight, and stay healthier.
☃ You can stop a cold or flu in its tracks if you catch it early enough. Taking a good immune support product can knock out an oncoming sore throat or cough, if you take the product at the first sign of distress. Your local health food store has herbs, vitamins, and homeopathic remedies specifically designed for boosting the immune system.
☃ Sleep is essential to winter wellness! If you have trouble sleeping, try some of the natural remedies you'll find all over social media. Melatonin is helpful, as well as a variety of different available herbs. A rested body can fight illness much easier than a sleep-deprived one. And, drink tons of water to flush out toxins too!
☃ Using essential oils can ward off a cold or other illness. There is a wealth of information online about how to use essential oils for various health issues. Every medicine cabinet should have at least the basic oils that heal, including eucalyptus, lavender, peppermint, tea tree, and chamomile...to name a few.

☃ Remember that your angels and guides are always with you..waiting for you to ask for their help! Ask them to clear your home, car, the stores you go to when shopping, your work place, or anywhere else you go. Keeping negative energy away from you keeps you physically, mentally, and emotionally stronger!
☃ Healing with stones can also be very powerful, as they each contain a specific energetic vibration. You can get them at geology or new age stores and there are books and online information available on how to use them.
☃ Do you dislike the holiday season but don't really know why? There are many ways that I can help you get in touch with the energy that causes you to feel that way. Sometimes there is energy from a past life, or a being around you, that keeps you stuck.
☃ If you work on clearing your space but still feel like there is a presence, or some kind of energy around you that isn't serving you, then you may need to do an in depth Space Clearing.
