I wanted to take a moment in this week's newsletter to wish you a very blessed and wonderful Thanksgiving holiday, and talk a bit about gratitude.
Over the years that I have been in the healing and wellness business, I have met so many amazing people, from so many different walks of life. Many of you reading this have become my friends and clients over the years. For some of you, we have been on an amazing healing journey together. As I teach, I also learn from each of you, and I cannot begin to express how incredibly grateful I am to have such an amazing group of friends, and a wonderful client base. You are all a blessing to me in every way, and I know that the universe has brought us together for a higher purpose. Thank you all for your ongoing support and friendship as we journey forward together into wellness, abundance, health, and joy! Happy Thanksgiving! Maya Zahira
☯ WHY GRATITUDE HEALS.. ☯
It is said that gratitude is one of the most powerful aspects of universal thought and energy that we can use to expand our consciousness of abundance, health, love, and joy.
Having an attitude of gratitude can help:
☯ Have a better outlook on life
☯ Experience better overall health
☯ Receive more abundance
☯ Be more focused and achieve goals more easily
☯ Have better relationships
☯ Feel less stressed
When we experience a fullness of heart, it moves us from a state of limitation and fear, into a state of expansion and love.
I recently read that, if each day upon waking up, we think of JUST 3 simple things we are grateful for, by the end of the month, we would be a completely different person. There are a number of other things we can do to instill a greater sense of gratitude and joy in us. Here are a few ideas to help you along your road to gratefulness, love, and change.
☯ Keep a Gratitude Journal.
☯ Notice the people in your life that you can be grateful for, such as friends and family.
☯ Take a minute to be in nature and note the incredible details of nature, and how magnificent the universe can be.
☯ Be thankful and mindful of the things that can be taken for granted, such as having enough food, having heat, electricity, a place to sleep, your eyesight and hearing, etc.
No matter who you are, there is someone out there who has it worse in life than you do. Bless and appreciate the good things you have, and watch how quickly your life changes!
